Overview

What Rivetira does.

Rivetira closes the loop on aircraft structural and final assembly: robotic drilling and fastening, hole and fastener inspection, alignment and predictive shimming, seal and join, line and takt, robotics and quality and conformance, and the as-built twin.

Every aircraft deployment produces labelled join and inspection traces that train the next model, tightening the loop from structure to final assembly.

One loop, module by module.

Every deployment on rivetira.com writes labelled traces back into the model, so the system generalises across plants, alloys, grades and geometries.

Why we invested

The thesis behind Rivetira.

Aircraft assembly is a conformance business where a hole drilled off-spec becomes a rework ticket that costs days, and FOD in a join is found at the final gate. Backlog is long and skilled hands are scarce.

Rivetira moves hole control and inspection into software with an airworthiness-grade audit trail. The buyer is an airframer or tier-one paying in hard currency; the wedge is one drilling or inspection step, and first-pass join conformance is the number that opens the next module.
