Powdrix runs the additive manufacturing floor: an as-built part twin that picks the recipe before the build, edge agents that steady the melt pool layer by layer, CT and vision inspection that grades every part against qualification criteria, robotic handling and post-processing, and a floor brain that predicts build failure and schedules the fleet.
Autonomy is set per agent rather than switched on for the whole plant, and agents negotiate contested moves through arbitration rules instead of colliding.
