Pharmaceutical API

Polymorra

Autonomous operations layer for pharmaceutical API (small-molecule drug-substance) manufacturing — reaction and crystallisation control with PAT sensing.

Overview

What Polymorra does.

Polymorra closes the loop on pharmaceutical API manufacturing: reaction and crystallisation control with PAT sensing, isolation and drying, continuous and flow chemistry, review-by-exception, robotic sampling and the reactor and crystalliser twin.

Every campaign produces labelled process traces that train the next model, tightening the loop from feed to isolated drug substance.

Products

One loop, module by module.

Every deployment on polymorra.com writes labelled traces back into the model, so the system generalises across plants, alloys, grades and geometries.

Why we invested

The thesis behind Polymorra.

API manufacturing runs on process scientists and on off-line HPLC that reports hours after the reactor has moved on. Crystallisation is decided once and cannot be repeated in the same batch.

Polymorra reads the batch as it runs and closes the loop into reactor control. The buyer is a CDMO or API manufacturer paying in hard currency; the wedge is one reaction or crystallisation step, and yield and particle-size conformance are the numbers that open the next module.
