Lattice CLI
Open-source deployment tooling for containerised apps.
What Lattice CLI does.
Lattice is a command-line tool that gives small engineering teams a production-grade deployment pipeline without configuring Kubernetes from scratch. It wraps container orchestration, secrets management and rollback into a single CLI that a two-person team can adopt in a day.

The thesis behind Lattice CLI.
Developer tools are the cleanest export category from Pakistan: the buyer is an engineer who evaluates the product, not the postcode. Lattice's open-source CLI already has measurable adoption on GitHub, and the commercial layer — team management, audit logs, hosted runners — converts individual users into paying organisations.
We invested because the founders built their previous deployment tooling inside an agency that shipped containerised apps for US clients. They know what breaks at 2 a.m. on a Friday deploy, and they built the product to prevent it.
The people building it.
Three co-founders from the same Lahore-based agency. The CTO maintained open-source Kubernetes tooling with over two thousand GitHub stars before starting Lattice. The CEO ran the agency's US client relationships.
