Form & Finish
Forming and surface-finish control.
Autonomous operations layer for major-appliance and white-goods factories — forming, enamel, foaming, assembly, leak and functional test.
Duromex closes the loop on major-appliance factories: forming, surface vision, foam control, assembly and wiring, leak and functional test, robotic handling and yield optimisation, and the line and product twin.
Every line deployment produces labelled process and test traces that train the next model, tightening the loop from sheet steel to finished unit.

Every deployment on duromex.com writes labelled traces back into the model, so the system generalises across plants, alloys, grades and geometries.

Yield and line orchestration.
Major-appliance plants run on margin: a foam-fill drift or a missed leak test becomes a warranty return at scale, and test still leans on the operator who runs the station. Volume is consolidating into fewer, larger plants.
Duromex moves test and process control onto the line. The buyer is an appliance maker paying in hard currency; the wedge is one line station or test step, and first-pass yield is the number that opens the next module.
Kabeer owns the appliance-maker relationships, the pilot programme and the commercial model.
Maria owns the vision and test models, the edge runtime and the write-back into line control.
